Akihito Senzaki, born in 1963, Graduated from Nihon University in 1985, College of Law, Department of Business Law 1991 Graduated from University of Denver (Colorado, U.S.A.), majoring in construction management.
After working for Maeda Corporation, he joined his father's company, Tohoku Enterprise Co. (listed on JASDAQ), which was run by his father. He has consistently worked in the field of sales, developing new clients, He has contributed to the company's performance improvement with his unique sales methods, including the development of new clients. In June 2004, he left Tohoku Enterprise when it was transferred to SECOM Techno Service Co.
After the dissolution of the former Tohoku Enterprise, he worked as a sales representative for an interior construction company and an HVAC company. During this time, learned skills in tenant leasing, financial planning, etc., and also participated in the field of construction supervision, utilizing his English language skills, and learned the basics of construction supervision work at the U.S. military facilities, which he currently performs.

In consideration of the recent background of the times, he has parted from the conventional contracting-type construction business, and is working as a supporter of each contractor in construction work in the U.S. military facilities in Japan, together with a small group of specialists in construction management (first-class construction management engineers, first- class architects, first-class piping construction management engineers), construction costing, CAD, translation and interpretation, of which our company is proud of.
